Their custom Heavy Timber Frame Pavilion has a 21 x 24 footprint with massive 8×8 posts and 8×12 headers. It features beefy King Post Trusses and a combination of 8×8 and 6×8 rafters and angle braces and is finished with a Tongue & Groove ceiling. The Old-World Charm of true Timber Frame Construction is executed perfectly in this pavilion with its mortise & tenon joinery, secured with wooden pegs. The timbers were precut to perfection in Timberhaven’s manufacturing facility, so all the members fit together effortlessly and efficiently like pieces of an ornate puzzle.
