Welcome to Timberhaven Log & Timber Homes. I’m Brad Mercer, Corporate Sales Manager. If you’re not familiar with Timberhaven, I’d like to take the next few minutes to introduce you to our company, our products and our services.

Introduction to Timberhaven Log & Timber Homes

Timberhaven is a log home and timber frame home manufacture located in Middleburg, PA.  We specialize in kiln-dried solid logs and timbers as well as our premium Engineered product line — both result in a non-settling system upon completion of your home.

Now in addition to log homes, we also offer timber frame, post & beam, hybrid and conventional homes.  We are pleased to offer one of the most complete materials packages in the industry today, and we combine that with name-brand quality components like Andersen Windows, Therma-Tru doors, Schlage locksets, and Tamko shingles.

With local representatives across the country we will guide you every step of the way throughout your entire project.  We also offer hundreds of design plans any of which can be modified, and you will also be glad to know we offer free Custom Design Services.

One of the things we specialize in is our pre-cut logs and timbers, expertly crafted to exacting tolerances of 1/32 of an inch or less or about the thickness of a dime.  These pre-cut materials correspond to a detail precut plan which illustrates the placement for each and every log for within your home.  We also provide a detailed construction plan as well as a comprehensive construction manual. One of the things that sets us apart is are inverse stacking which means less time to sort and looking for particular logs as the first logs needed to get started are stacked on top of the bundles which saves your Builder time and eventually saves you money.

Additionally we also offer on-site Construction Services.  Our dedicated customer service department draws from Decades of experience and will gladly answer any and all their questions throughout the construction process.
